We accept only personal wallets. We don’t recover stolen wallets or downloaded from the Internet. Before the recovery you should provide proof of ownership of the wallet.

If you have forgotten password for your Bitcoin wallet, we can help you to recover password.

We can recover a wallet only in the following cases:

lost part of the private key/mnemonic/password
damaged hardware (HDD/SSD) or corrupted file systems (shipping of original device is required)
other software or hardware failure

We cannot recover a wallet in the following cases:

lost backup private key or passphrase
unknown wallet password pattern
wallet is publicly shared on the Internet

Wallet recovery requests that do not meet the listed requirements will be ignored.

Payment depends on complexity of work and could be up to 50% after successful recovery.
