Solution

"I split the numbers into index number/date pairs and looked up each year in the list of Oscar winners. The day/month belongs to the birthday of either the actor or actress who won the award that year. I extracted one character from their names corresponding to the position given by their index number. Since none of these values went over any of the total character length of each name I figured I was probably on the right track here, so the only thing left was to find a way to arrange these letters into twelve words. I tried looking for common links between each film/actor/year using WRAP and ESCAPE as a reference. In the end, I was able to find the groups I needed by pairing up every entry with the birthday month of the director behind each film. This gives you 12 sets of characters which you can then unscramble to match one of the words in the list here: https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0039/english.txt."

The 12 Words:

lobster found prosper depend start escape involve maid drop slam hedgehog wrap
